Too often when you visit an agency, it feels like you have to pass the “agency interview” before you are considered for any roles they have. At Consult Recruitment, we are a little different.
Our approach is to treat candidates as business partners. This doesn’t mean a rigorous interview (but we can help you with interview technique!). This means we spend time with you in an informal meeting and discuss you career, your CV and specific companies that you are interested in.
We want you to be relaxed with us as we are much more likely to find you a better role if we understand you as a person as well as on paper.
